This will be different than the other posts. Go by the order in the catalogs country's list, but one day to post different notes from the same country. So today everyone post their notes from Afghanistan, then tomorrow everyone can post from Albania. And so on. So here a Afghanistan 2 Afghanis P-65 SH1381 2002.
Sorry images are not so great. But remember today is only Afghanistan. Tomorrow is notes from Albania.

Great idea! I think some of Afghanistani notes are gorgeous! I spent a great deal of time trying to figure out the name of the dam that appears on specific notes.

I love this listing.. but I have wondered...having only this single forum for notes, have you thought that there might be a better way for us to organize the forum? The powers that be will use the success or failure of this forum to guage interest in adding banknotes to the listings. So I, for one, want this forum to succeed beyond all measure. With that in mind...what if we create country specific threads? "All things Angola" "all things Brazil" or just "Afghanistan " or "Mozambique" then the core users can direct new users to forum threads with ease, then when the day comes to add notes to numista there will be entire threads ready to go. Thoughts?

True, and hopefully that will lead to the introduction of banknotes to the site. Of course it would be better with a new site, a sister site, for banknotes since it would be too messy with both coins and banknotes here.

I'm always fascinated by how humongous some old banknotes are ... in the case of coins with intrinsic value one can understand but those dimensions for notes are ridiculous.
Given that it's been more than 24 hours since the last Austria post, I'm concluding it's time for Azerbaijan;
