I have just completed a nice illustrated essay of the coins of Ireland 1928 - 2020.
All ready for you to read and with many images of my Irish coins to show what I am talking about.
If you collect or are interested in starting to collect Irish coins after 1928 - it is worth a read.
Also if some one wants to talk about the modern commemorative and NCLT coins of Ireland, they are more than welcome as I don't really know about them or collect them.
My focus and interest is definitely circulating coinage!
New Zealand, Fiji, Ireland - the only 3 countries I feel qualified to write about, may be my last essay for a while.

Not so much an essay like NZ and Ireland, but the Greek coin page now has several images of Greek coins of the Drachma era including coins from 1838 (10 Lepta of Othon) up to 2000 (Olympic 500 Drachma coins) and most in between.
If you like and/or collect modern Greek coins, you will love this!
