Hi my friend,
based on my research, this is a dragon coin from the provinces of Hupeh or Honan, dating to the early 20th century.

Hi,
To my opinion, the Kiang Nan ten cash is N#296988 and the variety reference is Y#140.2 : mintmark incuse with disk.
Sorry Essor Prof, the Y#10k's is reseved to the reference of N#242550. The dragon is totally different for this coin.

Sorry JJ, I've made a a reasoning error. You can read in a later post.

You're confusing me. Y#10k is listed on this page: N#242550 For those not using the legacy format it looks like this:
We can see that too:
The problem is I couldn't find it using the advanced search so I've made the assumption it wasn't in our catalog yet:
There's issues with the reference in the year line and search. Maybe it will get fixed. Maybe not. The legacy view shows it in the year line comments. The new view has it in the year line reference column. Still can't find it with the search.

But, even more confusing to me is that the OP coin says KIANG-NAN on the reverse but N#242550 doesn't.
That's because OP's coin is a mule (N#296988), like JJBelantan said.
It's a mule with the obverse Y# 10k and reverse Y# 138. And Y# 138 says KIANG-NAN but the Y# 10k doesn't:
I've made a a reasoning error with the Y# 10k's. I was searching for a possible match starting with the date. That was correct for the Y# 10k's (without checking the reverses yet). Then I saw the Y# 140. That wasn't a match either so the only remaining possibility was one of the Y# 10k's. Because the pictures aren't so great in Krause I wanted to look further on Numista but couldn't find the Y# 10k via advanced search. So I stopped searching. At that time I hadn't checked the reverses yet in Krause otherwise I would have seen the Y# 10k's weren't a match either. I only saw later after JJBellantan's reaction the reverse picture in Krause for the Y# 140 is wrong, that's not the reverse of Y# 138:
