Who can help me to verify the proper number for that coin: Weight = 4gr. Diameter =23 mm

For 1 Franc 1944 year from France  that site (N#708) give an INFO that it should be Aluminium. But for me it not look like Aluminium. 

The other 1 Franc from France  (N#707) stated that they were issued in 1931-1941 years.

Where I have a mistake? 

Your coin is missing the mint mark and engraver mark and the lettering says AFRIQUE OCCIDENTALE (West Africa) so neither coin you linked is correct.

Your coin is a 1 Franc coin from French West Africa, and they were minted in 1944.

The French colonials are perhaps more interesting than the metropolitan France coins of the 1940s.

 This one was struck in London, others were struck in Pretoria, South Africa.

There is a particularly difficult bronze 50 centime coin dated 1947, struck in Paris but circulated only in Algeria, NOT the aluminum one.
