where should tin ring money from the Sultanate of kedah be located? [solved]

I am looking to add some tin ring money from Kedah but am unsure as to whether it should be placed in coins or exonumia.

I thought something like one of those would already have pages on Numista but I equally do not mind adding them since I just added one to my collection.

Is it like that?

No it's like these

Saran Singh lists ring coins from Kedah (page 260), but none of the coins in the link above match Singh.

This is true which is why I'm curious if they should be in coins or exonumia. The ring money was currency but I don't know if they belong as “coins.”

I'd vote to place them under Exonumia's “Proto-coins”. There are many ring-shaped currency objects there already. :)
