Is this a banknote?
No, this is not an actual banknote. It's a share certificate issued by a Russian company called MMM. This company is known to have run a Ponzi scheme, a form of fraud designed to lure in investors (usually for a fee) and only pay the early ones, but with profits from said fee. You might be able to find your note/certificate under the Exonumia section.
"Be kind, rewind."

Numista referee for banknotes from Greece, Crete & the Ionian Islands.
Thank you
It's actually listed under Tokens
I'm just a collector of coins, not a slave to it, unless I am in a coin shop.
