Could a new issuing entity, "Northern Bank Limited" please be added to Ireland? It's needed for the Currency Commission notes, such as

The other seven member banks are already present.

The notes for the other seven member banks have now been added to Numista. I'm just waiting for this request to be dealt with so I can complete this series of notes.
