Chinese coin (Hunan?) (c. 1912? )badly worn can anyone identify?

It is labelled China Republic 1912-1915 but I have no reason to believe that that is anymore than a guess.

It is hard to see, but the left flag has a star (or sunburst) on it not stripes.

Yep, definitely a 10 cash coin from the Republican era.

But I disagree with Frenchlover's ID. It's probably this one, but without better pictures, I really can't tell with absolute certainty. I'm 70% sure it's this one.
