Then, we categorize the listing under what coin/note it is, and condition as usual. Then, a moderator needs to look it over (like all creation/modification requests) before accepting it. This way, listings should be accurate.

eBay listings don't stay forever, at least not all of them. So after a while you'll have a lot of broken links and that doesn't help anybody. So I'm sorry but I have to downvote your suggestion.
Yeah, fair enough. Maybe we could put some sort of limit (eg. No listings more than X weeks old), so that by the time they're accepted they are still valid. Plus, I still see broken links for other listings to be categorized, so maybe we could implement the limit even if we don't choose to add manually adding listings.

I suggested that, I think eBay listings are no longer available after 3 months.
