I have just put 0.75 in value in advanced search, and ? have a look.

seems to pick up a lot of coins that are not 0.75, but stick with it.
Nice 75 cents from Cook Islands 2017. Also lots of 75 Pfennig from Germany
I'm just a collector of coins, not a slave to it, unless I am in a coin shop.

According to THIS query we have 1300+ items with a value between 0.51 and 0.99
If you look down the first page, you will find lots of 1/3rd and 1/4 ducets, so that reduces the total somewhat. Only looked down part of the first page

There is one mentioned on this list of unusual denominations:

You can find it in the Numista catalog:

Besides coins I love geometry. The avatar consists of each of the 35 hexominoes used precisely once. With the 5 large yellow shapes placed like this, the solution for tiling the remaining 30 hexominoes is unique.
Portuguese India, Goa, has a coin denominated 60 centavos.

They are multiples of 6, 12, 15 and 20.
(5x12 = 60 - 5x15 = 75 - 4x20 = 80, etc ...)

The calculation in base 10 is quite recent in the monetary scale.

It looks like Reis is the unit indeed, so 80 Reis is not 0,80 of something else.

Coincidentally, last week I obtained a porcelain 75 pfennig from Grünberg (1922, German notgeld).
This is not the unit, 75 pfennig = 0,75 Marks, so that counts as between 0,50 and 1 I suppose.

Coins denominated in multiple currencies can sometimes get pretty weird values. For example, this coin has a denomination of 5 zloty = 3/4 ruble.

A THIRD of a QUARTER of a penny!
You'd need 12 of these to make one penny!

(the 1 and a half pence coin is also cool because it's silver and TINY!)

Ascension Island used the seven-sided 50 Pence shape, and because this year is the 70 years

of Elizabeth reign, they released that 70 Pence coin recently.
