Numista catalog says lettres TS below neck on obverse are initials of Governor of Riksbank.Per Asbrink was on this position 1955-1973.I'm sure somebody can tell me something what I don't know.
Yes - agreed 'Governor of Riksbank Per Asbrink was on this position 1955-1973'.
On this different coin page, it says TS is Torsten Swensson and he was Director ...
which makes more sense, as what does the position someone works at in a national
bank have to do with coin production that warrants their initials thereon.
There are plenty of pages on here for many countries where the Mint Master has
their initials on a coin - cannot remember where Governor or Director was on a coin.
This very long page has information near the end ...

Quote: The mint officials mark on coins from 1952 to 1961
is TS (Torsten Swensson). From 1961 - 1973 it is U (Benkt Ulvfot).

with a note in Comments section:
Mint Master initials
1952 to 1961 = TS (Torsten Swensson)
1961 to 1973 = U (Benkt Ulvfot)

Hey ZacUK, the text in the obverse description should be changed (like your picture shows) but since this is a one year type, it makes no sense to make that note in the comments section. This coin only has TS and that's already explained in the description.
