Can the lines that say “DELETE” be deleted?

There don't appear to be any such comments on the link provided. However, the process for removing any given year line is to first of all place a comment in the year line and message those members who are showing that year line in their collection. This will give them the opportunity either to move their coin to another year line or to send images of both sides of their coin if they believe they have selected the correct year line (haven't had that happen yet!)
