100 Dinar yugoslavia - play money?

Hi
Anybody knows what this "note" is? Quite small (about 7,5cm) and with the same image on both sides.
The image is similar to this note, but the face has been changed (maybe Tito or some other politician?).

Playmoney, propaganda, local note, ... Any tips welcome :)

No new swaps for the moment, still too many half-ongoing swaps to clean up!
In 1965 Yugoslavia signed a deal with Hasbro to make 100,000 boxes of makebalive currency to use in there up and coming Yugoslav edition of monopoly.

naaa I'm just kidding it is most likely propaganda money for elections. I could find no images of the bill and for its size print and quality most likely is a fantasy piece. maby its a part of a real game :D

hope I helped :O

Let me just bump this (after 2 years) in the hope some new banknote collectors from Yugoslavia might recognize this piece of paper 🥺

Still hoping 😣
