Dear Numista members, I invite you a little game which requires only your imagination. I bought this German notgeld coin a few days ago, but I can't decide, what is she doing? I tried to search, but I only found "woman working". Thanks for your help :)

Looking to hang, by the chains, a circular metal band,
on which there is lettering all round it.
Not sure if the eagle is holding it up, or is just in front.

Found it - this 2017 page (link below) commemorates the 100 years
since 1917 and near the end of the page has shiny examples, with >
