Another unknown hammered silver coin - any guesses?



My 2nd unknown hammered coin? The reverse reminds me of a German 1900s era with the bird on it

It does actually; God I'd love it if it was an Aztec coin but it has the letter D on it - I'd guess they don't have our alphabet. I quite like the first one if I find out what it is I may buy a less worn version

This is a celebration (I forgot when I posted it) of my 200th                     post and I've been on Numista for less than a year. That means I posted a little less than 1 post a day, even on those days when I wasn't at home and couldn't post anything!!!!

it's funny I got 3 Venetian coins in a bulk and now I seem to be trying to collect them all; I didn't see that happening!
I only found out what those 2 were because I randomly came across one when looking for another which was lucky

Yes they are very interesting but I don't really wanna go down that road, i really need to sort em out and ship them out to make way for stuff I really want !
