Do you know the coins of San Marino (period 1972-2000)?
San Marino is a tiny independent state in the middle of Italy.
These coins are in my opinion the best for what concerns the design. Each one is a small piece of art.
Nothing trivial, nothing already seen on other coins.
The coat of arms contains a view of three towers (actually present in the San Marino ground), the designers have been able to represent always in a different way.
I have just finished cataloging the last bunch of San Marino coins that I have been able to get, and I thought that it could be nice to share with all of you these nice coins.
