Can someone approve or reject my request in ottoman coins. I made more than 30 modifications and no respond from about a month.

I would approve them, and others, but do not know anything about those coins.
But, I did approve one from a different member, as it was only a picture crop.

Feeling sorry for you that your change requests are taking so long.
Hope a motivated referee for the Ottoman Empire can be found soon and that in the meantime one of the moderators checks through your change requests or additions.
