I searched up canada’s a million dollar coin and the rarity it 95 on the scale.
and if i remember correctly that the rarity decreases with the amount of people who have it on the site ?
so is this a mistake ?

No mistake, just people falsely claiming to own it. There are also unique coins 'owned' by multiple people.
