Please add the following issuing entities for Jamaica:

Island Treasury
Bank of Jamaica
Bank of Nova Scotia
Barclays Bank (Dominion Colonial and Overseas)
The Canadian Bank of Commerce
Colonial Bank
London an Colonial Bank Limited
Planters Bank
Royal Bank of Canada
Treasury
Government of Jamaica

There are 2 banknote issuers titled 'Bank of Jamaica' - a trading bank of the Colony of Jamaica, plus the current Bank of Jamaica, which is a totally separate institution.
