Valuation: German East Afrika 1809 J 2 Rupie

Any ideas on the value of this coin?
 Were the Germans there in 1809 ?
There is KM# 5 dated 1893 and 1894 for 2 Rupien, but not for 1809 date.

Had checked NGC myself but was unsure if I'd made a mistake.

It must be a fake: as my learned friend suggested that the colony didn't exist at that point.

It's not a fake, but a fantasy, since a similar coin never existed. The Protectorate of German East Africa was established in 1885 and the first coinage for this colony was struck in 1890.
