Hi

I often get questions from new users on how Numista works. I try to explain the most important details in handling stuff. Some people are not into reading the "rules of engagement".

Based on that, I propose setting up some kind of "real time active walktroughs", where user has to actively play along, just like when you start a new game on mobile, though no data or entries get stored at the end of walkthrough. The whole experience is pre-programed. User can repeat the short version of specific process anytime he likes.

Different walkthrough for different things (adding new coins, adding coins to the database, making a swap, etc...). Each walkthrough should not last more than 5 minutes.

I guess there will be less time lost in explaining new users how this page works. I would say people would truly love this.

Hello.
Yes, I agree. Sometimes I just have to step by step explain the correct process of creating a page. Not always successful.
Just make a short youtube video and link it. Kids can't read anymore these days
For a video you have to be perfect. Steps with explanations in clouds can be programmed at any page background change and in any part of the interactive tutorial.
