Antigua and Barbuda has not issued any banknotes. Prior to 1981 when it became an Associated State, the name was Antigua even though Barbuda was considered part of the country prior to that. The only banknotes were issued under the name Antigua, as used by Pick. Similar to Dahomey being used in the catalog for the earlier name of Benin, which has not issued notes under its own name, I think Antigua and Barbuda should be changed to Antigua.

I have to reject this one. One issuer cannot be named differently within coin and banknote catalogues.
