Can the Year 2002 on this coin (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces98.html) with the comment "A FUSIONNER AVEC LA LIGNE BU" be deleted?

I think it means "In Sets Only", but it says "to combine", which makes me think it should be deleted.

The BU yearline in French is the "in sets only" yearline in English, so apparently users should be moved to that line

La ligne a été supprimée et les collections transférées vers la ligne BU
