Mistake in Jamaica banknotes section

There is wrong information, because #81 was issued in 2002 only.
All the issues from 2003 until 2011 are #85 according the catalog.
So it is necessary to remove pictures (they are wrong because banknote of 2004 is pictured) and years 2003 and 2004.

Why I did not modify it myself? Because I can not delete year 2004. It seems to be a bug. May be someone else can do it, because I tried it several times, but did not succeed.

This is one of those cases where new types are made from small differences, in this case a different watermark. Is this a big enough difference to allow for a new page or do we keep them together (and then also add 2006 till 2018 of course).

BTW I also don't immediately see a difference between P-77 and the later P-81/85 discussed here (one of the reasons I don't like the colnect database for the lack on info on how to distinguish banknote-types).
