Printing labels for 2x2 holders. Suggestions?

So,

Moving my coins to 2x2 holders but to lazy (crap handwriting) to label by hand.
Worked a excel spreadsheet that reads numista's and generates the fields that I would like to put at the holders (still need some tweaks):
Obverse: Country, Km#, Commemorative Event, Date, Gregorian Date, Grade, Numista code.
Reverse: Title, MintMark, Mint City, Comments, Anomaly.
Have a option for composition, but not sure where to put it.

Trick part now.
Generated a label template in word to read that spreadsheet. The idea is to print, cut, and put on the holders.
Main problem as you can see bellow is that it leaves a lot of blank areas where there's no data, wasting a bit o paper, almost a entire row of labels in blank spaces.

So, any ideas about a better way to print that?
Any software?

Thank you

I personally just write them out, it's easier than using software (in my opinion)
you need --
  • sticker papers
  • color printer
  • paper cutter

software is not necessary because you're simply printing a rectangle label to cover part of the 2x2, Word or Excel can do it
Nice idea, but what with coins 37 and up mm? They don't leave enough space for anything, certainly not a label!
Every time I have to do that for my firm I just visit a local print shop. I'm too busy to deal with this myself. I'm pretty sure that you can do it alone, but if you want to create something special and give it as a gift to a friend or family then it's better to consult with a specialist. I never knew that you are able to print a photo into a canvas. The result is just extraordinary and it resembles a lot a real painting. I don't know if you can do such a thing by yourself, can you? Anyhow, it was a good attempt to show a nice do-it-yourself way.
Wait, ypu are too lazy to writeby habd, so you want to do craft and arts to make labels, print oit, cut a perfectly round hole – in the right size, and clue it perfectly edge-to-edge on the 2×2 – on both sides. That's easier and less work, you reckon? B. OK, whatever floats your boat.
I use 1.75x0.5 inch address labels and a custom format to make mine. As for titling, I just do the essentials:

VAlue, KM Number

Year, Mark/error varieties
