Coin numbers given when looking at the banknote section

Now that the banknote section has now started, I thought I would take a quick look.
Strange thing is, that when I click on a country, I get the total of coins for that country, which seems strange.

If I do add a banknote, my coin total rises by one, and nothing to indicate that there is a banknote included.
This also give a false indication of my true coin total.

Any explanation please!
