You will need to specifically check whether the country/local authority has instituted social distancing/lock down policies in your area of interest. As the outing admin, I've already received submissions to update for cancellations of various events. You can view the events calendar in the outing tabs and filter the period you wish to check events that are supposed to be held in that time frame. If you intend to attend any, you would do well to contact the organisers ahead of time. My suggestion is to assume all physical events are cancelled/postponed.
You may want to check online auctions though those too may be affected where countries have instituted strict procedures or even shut down postal services
