I found a manufacturer and the price of the product is acceptable to me , for manual two punches namely averse and reverse .
The company studied my proposal , and asks me, he kept the price range -to turn my design into curves , to fine-tune my design to digitize in vector program.
And that's beyond my capabilities , I don't know this and I don't even know how to do it .

I want to ask, please, could anyone translate this proposal into curves in a vector program?
I would definitely reward the job, Yeah and he definitely wants more comment on what the denial scenes are, denarius size 20-25 mm, the coins will be a few silver and the rest tin / there is a story and faith/
