it is interesting to hear how is your life & collecting affected/disrupted by this pandemonium.
Here in Israel, until yesterday at least, postal services were "normal". Remains to be seen what will happen next week. Everything else is reduced to bare minimum: home "quarantine", just basic services still operating.
Hello,
Here in Romania most of the public activities are suspended;univercities, schools, kindergartens closed, public transport works with limited courses...sport and culture events will not be held until further reference.
About numismatics,I still have some swap coins to list, few to be cleaned,etc...2 swaps waiting on stand-by until I could send my packages out of the country.
Here in Texas, restaurants , bars, and malls are shut down. Most all grocery stores close at 8PM. Schools are closed till April 10th for now. As of right now postal places are still open, and drive through and take away is still on-going at restaurants (but you cannot go inside the restaurant...take away food will come to you outside). Office buildings are open, but most people are working from home.
My coin hobby is on a hold for now, primarily because working from home means working more than normal (so boss man doesn't think I'm slacking off) & watching kids because they are home till God knows when.
Stay safe people; this is another "end of the world" time that shall pass soon
Quote: "ab001"State of Illinois will locked down starting tomorrow.Hopefully, it 'll be lifted by middle of April--I don't want miss couple of good coin shows.
Don't think you'll miss anything: those shows will - most probably - be cancelled
