After I swap coins with another user, will my list of coins update automatically? Or do I need to go in and delete the coins I mailed off?

You need to manually update coins in swaps,both sending and receiving. Numista will not do it automatically.

You can select "Edit my swap" and will give you an option to edit it right on the swap page.
