Can we make the following changes to this coin: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces288.html

- Remove the overdate comment on the year 1909
- Add a new year specifically for the overdate

This is so people searching for overdates in swaps don't have to read every single comment.

As before: overdates and regular dates tend to be combined. :)
