Help identify coin

Hi i came across my fathers old coins and this coin seems to be very old from google searches but looks like there are many fakes .. So how do i verify if what i have is authentic? I remember having this coins since i was very young (i'm 40 next year) . My dad has kept this coin for around 50 years.

And also where or how can i get this coin authenticated? Thanks in advance

Does this token have any resale value or it's worthless? I found some online places where they are selling it for $50000? Not sure if this token is valuable...
