I had a trade with a reputable member here. This member received what I sent without a problem. The package that was sent to me has had some issues. The package was actually delivered to my university however it was lost or stolen and most likely I will never see this package as one of the people who actually saw the package is not telling the truth of what happened to the package now. The problem is this. I live in Thailand and the postal people know Thai and English only. The other member of this trade for some inexplicable reason changed part of the English address I provided to one of the European languages that Thai postal people have no knowledge of. As a result the package was delivered to a different campus some 8km from where I work. From there at least two lazy people failed to correctly identify where I work, a very easy process for all employees. I know this was not done with malicious intent on the part of the other trade partner but still due to the language issue I have lost 55 coins. I know this other member is not responsible for what happened to the package after arriving here but the language change did result in me not getting the package directly. I would appreciate hearing from you all about how to rate.

I would work this out directly with member. Did he have any reason to change address? Did you specifically give an address that he changed?
