Need Help with Coin Identification

I am going through a coin collection that has a lot of world coins and ran across a coin that I can not identify. The only thing I think I have determined is that the arrows and yoke are possibly Queen Isabella I of Castile and King Ferdinand II of Aragon symbols. Unsure of language and age. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Thanks
