hi! i have a 1996 25 sentimos from the philippines but unlike the usual color it is silvery in appearance..
I just wanna ask if it is real or a fake one dipped in silver coloring?
I think hes's trying to say that your coin was originally the product of the philippine mint, but has been silver-plated or chrome-plated sometime afterward, almost certainly the work of a private individual or corporation and not the work of any Mint.
I would not consider this coin to be an error of the existing type, nor would I consider it to be a new type. Instead it is an after-market novelty piece.

That's it. Sorry, I wasn't coherent/ or didn't give enough information.
yes i thought that so.....But the legends or letters are smaller than the usual one after i compared my coin with a real one....and the date 1993 the front is much smaller than usual....and my coin is a little bit bigger but not that much....
