Lets bet it's a coin from the 10th nizam of Hyderabad, Fateh Jang `Othman `Alî Khân Asaf Jâh VII reign from 1911 to 1950
Regnal year 20 on reverse, so 1931, AH1349, well ... 1348, we don't really see the second digit of the date ...
So , ½ Anna - Mir Usman Ali Khan, 1348 (1930) , RY 20
