Finally received coin km6 from e-bay seller yes he is a member on this site but that is all i will say. The coin is in fair + but I took pictures under different lighting and found that no matter what I could'nt hide as many defects as are missing in e-bay pictures as
compared to my picture. I have blocked this person on this site but fyi to all who see this klp16 or what ever on e-bay is no where near what they go by on this site or on the envelope but included is a picture of the postage 'post mark' stamp used by mail service, please any ideas if date is posting date acceptance date, or out of country shipping date thanx.
Looking at his other lots on ebay, it appears that you are just trying to slander someone because the coin was below expectations.
From the previous posts I came to the conclusion that the seller hasn't done anything wrong and that your mentality is "I am the BUYER, I am ALWAYS right."
His other photos aren't amazing, so if you found a defect on a coin that could of been "hidden" on his photos then you have to give the benefit of a doubt.
Not to mention you say that the problem is the photos and quality and in your previous posts that the seller didn't send because of a payment error (which you assumed was directly his fault) and left him a negative feedback which doesnt really match the complaint.
klp16 if you are reading this, please call ebay on the phone and explain, they will remove negative feedback if they feel it is unwarranted (which they usually are in these cases).
Oh, and another thing. "Failed to send" is completely wrong here. Judging by the postage stamp on the letter, 3rd of January, would of been a quick dispatch for the post Christmas/New Year period. It did not take him long to dispatch it, it just took ages for the postal service to get it to you.
How can you leave a feedback stating:
"Seller failed to post item because did not receive amount he wanted in auction."
if it was a buy-it-now posting?
Please stop this useless slandering. It doesn't help anyone.

If the seller didn't send because he "did not receive amount he wanted", that means that you, the buyer, didn't pay the amount you owed him. If I sold an item for 1 €, I would send it either if the buyer only payed 0.75 €. That's just common sense, mate. And like AshsCollectablesStore said, the package was sent 3 January, after the package is sent, it's out of the seller's control. It's a real low blow to say "Seller failed to post item", when it's clearly the post office that screwed up - or were still overrun by Christmas and New Year's post. You should really write an apology to the seller, mate. This is really sad to see you whining when the seller obviously did everything he could to send you as quickly as possible.
He said it was posted but ebay said not yet and they got in touch with him on the matter so both of you are responding improperly i even posted what ebay and he said read completely before YOU judge people.
Km6 of what country? - No description of the coin, no photos. If this was stampboards - this trainwreck of a thread would be locked. Just about every authority in the world has issued at least 6 types of coin?
Please enlighten us on what this is all about - I am assuming its about a very cheap and worn coin judging by the comments.
I love coins. Especially silver, gold and anything really old.

They are fully aware I said I was gonna txt e-bay and post my issue on this very web site like I said you should have read everything, reading for understanding is required.

Just read your comment but like I told others when in school reading for comprehension is a must seams you didn't even answer the question I was asking about, just flapped on and on you'r opinion of my question so, have a nice what ever.
None of us has the real story. You have your side, but we haven't yet heard the other side of the story whuch makes it impossible for us to judge.
What we know is:
1) You reckon seller took yoo long to post the coin
2) You found the pictures too poor and didn't show the coin's real flaws
3) All pictures has same low quality, so you could've asked for better before buying
4) The coin was sent 3 January (right after Christmas and New Year's)
5) You got the coin as promised
Did I miss, or misunderstand, something or would you like to add something?
What do we know about the seller? Was s/-he away over Christmas? How's the feedback in general? What do you want us to do?

As long as you'r threats to my life and all you'r statements end with and i Quote"you can run but you can't hide" I can be located easily because I am not a scared american I am not afraid of the american bashing wave and my address is correct when looking for local members for trade on the map provided look me up I will be here. Oh and I live near an airport but My location isn't in an airport or one of it's tea shops or any other fake location with a wifi access to hack and use for free because I am too lazy to pay for it.
How can you tell us it took 2 weeks when it sold on the 27th and the postal mark is from the 3rd?
Seems like very speedy dispatch time to me. If you were disappointed in the coin for any reason you could of just asked nicely for a return (I work in laptop refurbishment, idiots on ebay will use ANY excuse to return it).
Quote: "AshsCollectablesStore"It blows my mind that just because you're the buyer it means the seller must be wrong!
For those interested, by evidence in previous posts etc. Here is the EXACT listing of the coin.

But no, we get this trainwreck.
Here is the deal I sent money 2 weeks before seller wouldnt accept for 2 weeks ebay transactions are dated on completion then they are if provided with shown a tracking number I had many discussions with ebay and sent text to seller wondering when tracking was going to be provided so fyi I did du diligence before I asked e-bay to ask theme to complete transaction also pay-pal is the one who notified me when i went looking that seller in their words "faild to accept payment" , and yes it was an auction I won 3 seconds before end with no other bidders if I remember correctly.
Now this is the last of any response to this entire issue of "No laughing please"
have a nice day I won't be viewing this subject any more.

You should take a screenshot and report directly to Xavier. That kind of behaviour is disgusting and should not tolerated! Whatever you do, don't reply, then it will just escalate and won't help anyobody.
