I wanted to see what coins were peoples favorites in there collection?
Perhaps, as you raised the forum question, you should put your favourite first, which might be difficult for you as you have no coins listed in your collection.
I'm just a collector of coins, not a slave to it, unless I am in a coin shop.

Mmmh, hard to say. My favourite coins are all of them, but I do have coins I put on my keyboard (in capsules! calm down) so I can look at them most of the time. At the moment I have a 50 poltinnik and a kennedy silver half dollar on my keyboard at the moment.

I also keep a 1390-1400ish silver prague groschen in my wallet for good luck (and it seems to work :P)

Let me be the first to answer the actual question and show an actual coin(8

I had it for the shortest time, but its shot straight to my heart.

Hand on my heart - its my favourite - 1670 English Halfcrown.

Now I can't wait to see all your pieces.
I love coins. Especially silver, gold and anything really old.

Its quite hard to say but this is definitely one of my favorites:

And this one would be my favorite medal in my collection:
Actually i'd say my favourite is my Irradiated Dime.
Love it so much and was shocked (shocked I say!) that numista didn't have a page on it!
So here's my dime (literally)

you guessed right bud. ;) That is my favorite series to collect, but my favorite coin is......
My favorite coin is the mail rn. I will post a pic of it when I get it!
this coin is by far my favorite. It makes me so happy just looking at it. It is a 1613 Teutonic order Thaler. It is 42mm in diameter! And it is silver!

My number 1 coin in my collection is my 1619 order of Malta 1 tari (fra alof de wignacourt). It took me ages to figure out what it was.

What matters more than the coin itself is that it entered my collection.

The tiniest package I've ever seen, wet in the mailbox from an unknown donor across the globe, with this beauty in her.

It makes my heart happy, and I appreciate you doing me this favor. I also really believe that whatever you do in life with love and pleasure will always come back to you.

The 1st is a Curzon Wyllie Medal not a coin I know but Stunning.

The other is a Mule a Henry VI Groat that has different mint marks on the Obverse and the Reverse.

Do you know anything about it or its history because I can't seem to find much about it IE mintage or anything like that?

All I know is that it is a 1 tari (1/12 scudo), weighs ~2g, solid copper and was struck in 1619. That's all I know. If you can find out anything else about it, then that would be much appreciated. Cheers 👍👍
