Moreover, there are people, that wait that you rate them before to rate themselves, also if they received the coins before.
I don't know if it is possible to do something about these problems.

I hear you. I have had 2 experiences that were similar. What I wish is that when someone gives you a bad rating in retaliation even they admit they got what they were supposed to, that you could have the bad rating purged. I would rather have not been rated than get a bad rating from a dishonest person.

Totally agree with you.
A posibble solution can be that rates would be made visible only when both swappers have rated each other. I think that this way rates would be more honest as you will never know how the other swapper have rated you until you have rated him/her. Sometimes, when you are rating first, you don´t say all you want to (even constructive criticisms) due to fear of reprisals from the other side.
