No laughing please [solved]

Made a purchase on e-bay yes get the giggles out already, some time days later the seller said cant provide tracking because he never got payment.
Contacted pay-pal (please stop laughing) they said payment pending do to seller completion process?. Responded firmly to seller's msg. also sent copy of msg. to e-bay resolution center and copy of pay-pal transaction to seller.
Really just want to let every one know that :

I'm not sure what's supposed to be funny about this, but the seller has posted a message on eBay:



I have never had any problems on eBay, but I only buy. I have never set up my account to sell, so I don't know why someone would have problems setting up PayPal while tens of thousands of ordinary people have no problem doing so.

I remember when I first joined ebay I had paypal pending problems.
Also if someone has 4k feedback with 100% recent then I honestly doubt they are trying to pull the wool over your eyes.

Ebay/Paypal might just be handling it weirdly for reasons neither party knows, no need to slander someone for it.

I also don't understand the joke with buying from ebay either

I buy/sell coins on ebay all the time and I usually either get a bargain or make loads of money. Anyone saying about the customer service obviously hasn't phoned them and sorted it that way :P

About a month ago I bought a few items online one of which was paid using PayPal. It took a few days for my bank to process the payment including the PayPal payment. I found it strange and went to my bank to see what's going on since payments, especially PayPal payments, are usually instant. My banks response was this sometimes happens and that they couldn't give me more details. In the end the payments went through and I received my items.

I don't know if this is what happened to you but you might wanna check with the bank you're using for your PayPal to see if there's a problem on their end. Either way you should be covered by ebay sales policy.

Just checked this morning and their "stopped selling" message isn't there.
Sorry bud seems like it's your bank/paypal's fault, not yours or his.
