Is Ghanaian cedi inflated so much?

I found again that this bug of 2 cedis is equal to PHP0.85 (USD0.016; 1 Ghanaian cedi = PHP0.48 or USD0.008), but the true exchange rate for 1GHS is equal to PHP8.85 (USD0.166). Is this currency inflated so much?

Apparently equivalent to 0,85 PHP.

...Huh. It appears that 1 cedi really is about 17 US cents (and not 0.8 cents, as the Numista rate claims).

I wonder how that happened. An internal typo somewhere in Numista's conversion scripts?
Does Cedi fluctuate a lot? Because Numista updates only once in a while.
