I logged in about a month now I have a wish List but don't know if it is posted yet or if I am able to post yet any assist or explanation would be helpful.

If you would clearify what you mean with 'posted it' it would help.
You can see the coins that you selected as favourite manually or through criteria under Exhanges-->My wishes-->My wish list ... but nobody else can see it.
Depending on your settings this list is used to calculate how much the coins of a potential swap partner could interest you and maybe vice versa.
