Good day!
I recently bought this token,
diameter 27 mm, weight 5,2 g
lettering SAPIENTIA HEROICA | IETTON; OMNIBUS OMNIA FACTA | REICH
Is there any information about this token?

Thanks!

Thanks, but information from the seller in the shop is not enough for me. I would like to see this token in some catalog, but I can’t find it anywhere.
Happy New Year!

Many thanks to F.G. for the information:

In Mitchiner’s ”Jetons, medalets & tokens” volume one (Nuremberg) this jeton is described and illustrated as nr. 2203 as made for the death of the French king Louis XVI who was executed on 21 January 1793.

This token is made by Johann Christian Reich who worked in Fürth (near Nuremberg) from 1758 till 1814.

Hello,

I found the same token in my garden in France! I didn't see a page for it on Numista so I don't have all the information. Someone say that it was for the death of Louis XVI but why does it say Peace of Tenschen ? Does it have any value?  Do we have to create the page if it doesn't exist?

Yes a page can be created.

Here it is pictured

Hello,
Be sure that this token was made for the death of the French king Louis. This information is from a reputable catalog "Jetons, Medalets & Tokens" by Michael Mitchiner. Information from sellers' websites is not always correct.
My token was found in the Kozelshchinsky district of the Poltava region, Ukraine. I bought it at the Violity auction ( www.violity.com ) for about 2 euros. This token is one of  favorites in my collection of coins and tokens with image of horses.
Please create the page for this token.
Best regards,
