Hello guys, a friend asked me for help to ID this Ottoman coin with a Countermark, no idea which countermark is that... The coin has 22mm diameter and 3 grams weight. Thanks in advance!

year 20, or 21 I guess, 1858 or 59. too far gone to be sure.

I can't help with the countermark.
