I do agree that it's a Mamluk silver dirhem and you're in the ballpark, but I don't think it quite matches the coin cited. It's somewhat difficult to tell with this type of coin because of wear and/or poor strikes. I don't think the two below match either, but there are some similarities which might give a direction for search
