The current page (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces22637.html) for the Victory Liberty Loan lists 2 years, the first with a question mark for the date and the second with 1919. There is a comment on the page with an article from a 1919 periodical indicating the medals were currently being made at that time (from melted captured German cannon!).
Shouldn't there be only 1 year listed as ND (1919) based on the article? I would send in a change request but I believe ordinary members cannot delete years. I do not believe the year (1919) appears on any of the tokens produced.
