Roman provinces? [solved]

Mmmh...

Based on the obverse, it looks Roman from around the middle of the 2nd century (Hadrian to Marcus Aurelius). The reverse seems to have the common type of the female figure holding a cornucopia, which is attested down to the second half of the 3rd century (and may be later?).

The reverse shows two strikes. The curvature of the dots on the left does not match the curvature of the letters on the right.
