but Numista referee rejected this added coins, because he decide that he need more information than i added.
I have no time to fill complete coin description and added more that 300 coins with only basic information and for others referee it was ok.
Only "Australian coin info" and "ngdawa" dont allow added coin in such short way... that why we have no many Australian coins in catalog, because ppl dont cant spent so much time for coin adding like it require referee.
Personally I disagree. Add one less to add previous one in better detail (picture included). Take your time to get acquainted with your dearest posession, what's the hurry?

I think he should have accepted it someone else can always come behind you and add additional information to it as long as there is a entry in the catalog.

Agreed, When I was referee for NZ I accepted coins with minimum detail, added what I could myself, and left them for someone else to add pictures if I didn't have the coin myself. It's definitely better for the coin to be in the catalogue with minimal detail than to not be in at all.
In case of no data on dimensions of the coin/token, how to know whether you have the "right" one? Numista does not let you know over some crucial changes, so how do you check after?
Settle this with additional mandatory fields/data (picture & dimensions-diameter & orientation).

I agree with the referee. I would have to fill out all of these fields myself. And so, I would have to spend my time not on my current job? Then your contribution seems insufficient for such a good catalogue. I personally reckon a little information is better than none.
With that said I do have rejected requests with next to none information, but this has been for the Korea catalogue. Since there are so many coins, I have rejected those with just title and value (often 1 mun), since the information matches hundreds, if not thousands, of coins. If there's been a KM# I have accepted it, since then the coin had been identified. In this case though, I would have accepted it since it has a KM# and therefore it's easy to get the rest of the information yourself.
