I loved this tiny beauty, when I was a kid... actually still like it. there is sg. special in the way it is carved...
To be more accurate, the coin was added by my father for and with the picture of my grandfather.
He had been watching the counter for a few days. Today at 11 o'clock (Paris time) it said 29,993, just the time to go shopping. The coin was added at 12:20, between the preparation of the aperitif and service. In fact, there was no need to hurry: the counter was still at 30,000 two hours later.

Yes, this was the first coin created on Numista It was added in the very beginning, when Numista was still called Cypraea and there was no automatic form to create coins: they were written in an Excel file and then uploaded into the database.   B.  :`
