In Coincraft (2000 edition, page 231), the Elizabeth I shilling coins of 1582-1600 are called "Fifth Issue", but in the Numista catalog, the same coins are listed as "Sixth Issue":
According to my 2017 52nd edition of Spink Standard Catalogue of British Coins, the Queen Elizabeth I silver issues are as follows, starting with the hammered types:
1st issue, 1559-60 (0.916 fine, shillings of 96grs., 6.22g.)
2nd issue, 1560-61 (0.925 fine, shillings of 96grs., 6.22g.)
3rd & 4th issues, 1561-77 (same fineness and weight as last)
5th issue, 1578-82 (0.921 fine, "shilling" of 95.6grs., 6.19g.)
6th issue, 1582-1600 (0.925 fine, shillings of 96grs., 6.22g.)
7th issue, 1601-02 (0.925 fine, shilling of 92.9grs., 6.02g.)
Milled coinage, 1561-71.
Hope this helps.
